Which option/area one is better to opt after completion of BTech(Biotech)

It is better to do
MTech (Biotechnology or Bioinformatics or Medical biotechnology)
Or
MS in any reputed Universities in Abroad
Both have good opportunities in India and abroad too .Select any option based upon your Settlement (whether to settle in India or Abroad)
